Going down the freeway at 75, the over drive off light comes on. Push button on shifter to see if I accidentally bumped the switch, but no, it was engaged. RPM's at about 2300 at 75 with 295/75/16. So I'm sure overdrive is working. No codes stored according to Torque app. Ran fine for another 45 miles. Stopped and restated, light still on, though seems to vary in intensity, dims then brightens. Pouring rain and lots if road spray, which is unusual for around here. Any ideas? Anyone else had this happen? Wet electrics? OD light is the only light on, no check engine light.

I've had a similar issue with center diff dash light. I was on washboard roads and my dash light would dim on and off. The diff was definitely staying locked, though. I did not have moisture but pretty much figured mine was an issue with the light connection. I suppose moisture could have affected yours, too bad it won't rain for another 200 days, so you will likely forget about it......haha....

 No doubt, the probability of me driving the Cruiser again on a day with 1.5"+ of rain is pretty slim. Years off, at best. But the Nitto TG's + Full time 4WD + Cruiser mass = a decent drive on roads with standing water. Went down to Tucson today, and the I-10 was a mess...
