I have '00 100 Series LC and swapped out the shifter plate. I cut the wires on the O/D switch so I could remove the shifter (no other easy way). Then re-soldered them back together and replaced. When I press the switch, the light comes on but O/D does not engage.
I thought maybe I needed to reset by unplugging car battery for 5 minutes. Did that but still having same issue. Any thoughts?
