NW Fab Black Box in a 70

I’ve done some searching and some researching but there isn’t a lot of info out there... or I suck at searching.

Either way I have been looking a lot into the black box option in my 74 since the toy box is no longer an option. But has anyone actually used one on a manual 70 series? If so how’d you like it and how was the install?

My black box is on the way to my house right now gonna install it on my bj74. I went with nwf because a buddy of mine out in CA has one on his 60 series with an 1hdt and 5 speed. He loves it plenty of gear options, crawls slow.

Its gonna be a while before i get to drive the truck, currently doing a FULL restoration. Will be able to let you know the full measurement length of the trans/blackbox/transfer combo since there is that crossbar right behind there which is getting moved anyways. I ordered the black box-c land cruiser edition which has the standard 19 spline input option for the split and trans. Also ordered the cable shifter kit seemed easier than making. Going to mount that where the pto engage used to be.
