Np 435 with Toyota Tcase behind it

I have a Ford Np435 with a Toyota mini truck Tcase behind it. Bought the tranny and adapter to put the toy case behind it had the out put shaft put in the tranny and now have decided to keep my stock 5 speed. I am asking $500 for the tranny and Tcase or trade for the bell housing to put a ford 302 in front of my R150F 5 speed. I have both small and big block bellhousings for the 435.

Sorry Im used to the TOR message board that tells where im from. The Tranny and Tcase are located just south of Atlanta,GA in Fayetteville.
