So, I'm not an avid watcher of F1 or Indycar, but my work now sponsors an Indycar racer, Charlie Kimball, so I might have to watch some of it now. He stopped by the plant yesterday, and spoke about actually driving with diabetes, how the time and temperature affects his condition. The car feeds back the typical data to the pit crew, along with his blood sugar levels..Pretty cool stuff. Here's some pics of the travelling demo car...

thats really cool. I wonder how they manage his blood sugar during a race.

That is pretty flipping cool man. Talk about a battle!

Ingenious marketing plan for the drug company who produces insulin medication to sponsor the only IndyCar driver who is a diabetic.

How long before you try to stuff that motor in the 55?? Nothing like crawling on the trail at 16000 RPM

Thanks pretty cool,
but with all that fancy equipment they forgot to install an e-brake?

 I noticed that too. Weight savings maybe?
