This weekend is the second Sunday of November and we will be meeting at the Ale House in Cary at 4pm. We will continue our discussion regarding the club and also be discussing the North Meets South Part IV ride at Uwharrie.

Also we need to discuss future HAMOM's, as the trails will be closing soon for the winter months and I am sure many of you have winter project plans.

See ya Sunday,

Greg

Cool, I am there!

Let's also have a discussion about meeting someplace else - esp during football season. It's impossible to have a group conversation in there.

Have any suggestions? I agree last time we were there it was loud.

Im planning to try to make this one.

I SHOULD BE IN. HOPE TO HAVE THE 60 BACK NEXT MONDAY:beer:

I KNOW HE'S READY! I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET THERE OR THE ADDRESS? MABE HE WILL HAVE THE LIFT AND AND SLIDERS BY THEN.

Brian look forward to updates on the 40...

For those of you able to make it we will be reviewing quite a few items regarding the club (i.e. dues, bylaws, few arenas of the club we will need covered by individuals, etc.) if you are unable to make it, the details will be posted in a summary format shortly after the meeting.

Hopefully I'll have a good update tomorrow. I was expecting the inlaws this weekend, and they cancelled last minute. It now allows me to have my Sunday of listening to football and working on the 40....

Ramon, can I borrow your schutze/undercoating gun? I've got some herculiner calling my name real soon...

Hope everyone is doing well. To summarize Novembers meeting we discussed several items. First off we reviewed the bylaws and discussed a few items which we have made changes to. We have also discussed dues, we should have this summed up in the next month, we are filing non-profit and it will take some time to finalize all that, also we talked about changing the meeting locations for better turn out. We intend to move periodic meetings closer to I-40 and the triad. Those of you in that area please respond if you have any specific locations you think would work well. We would also like to finalize some plans for the Uwharrie North Meets South Part IV, so those of you with suggestions for that don't be afraid to be vocal. In 2008 we will be looking for several avenues of Club activities, these will range from Charity Work, to Trail Rides, Trail Maintenance, Club sponsored events/Trips, to member assistance weekends.

As far as the club goes, our contact and board members are as follows:

Greg Ashcroft - President

Juan Galvis - VP

Casey Gunnell - Treasurer

Maria Arenas - Secretary

Joe Micciche- TLCA Delagate, Trail/Club Reports (with inclusion of others articles/reports)

We look forward to starting the year off with good numbers and a very active club. We also look forward to new ideas, so as stated above don't be afraid to be vocal. There will many more updates prior to the new year so stay tuned.

Thanks,

Greg Ashcroft
