Thanks to Jeff and his family for hosting a meeting before even meeting most of the club! we had a good turn out and all the kids had a blast!
Nov run is to be impromptu, whoever wants to go out, start a thread.
Dec. meeting will be Friday Dec. 3rd. we still need a host, so speak up if you want to host it.
our annual Christmas Tree Run- Sat. Dec 4th. let's hope for snow! if not, it will be a leisurely stroll through the mountains...
you need not be getting a tree to attend. we will stop at Walatowa visitor center in the Jemez to get permits for those that want a tree.
I hope to look over the sticker thread and send Steve the final and have 2 stickers printed up.
Hot wheels and toy land cruisers abounded at this meeting. many were given/sold out to attendees. there are plenty more of many styles. if you want one post up in the hot wheels thread.
Sy talked about doing the wilderness medical training in December. he can put on a free class for general information over 2 or 3 days. you won't get any official cert, but will learn important skills. we talked about this a while back, but it is now a reality. Sy will be too busy in January again, so this is our chance. he will start a thread with possible dates, post to it if you want the training. he can also give a CPR class for those that want it for very cheap, separate from the wilerness class. ask if you want this as well. many things in CPR have drastically changed in the last few years.

to host for December! Party and meeting combo on Sat. 11th...so we'll have the tree up! That's the date that would work for us, we'll have the house ready (almost there) to entertain.
