Not sure I have seen one of these before

This was cruising west on I-10 this morning.

The center section sits between the cab and bed. It appears to be fiberglass and the back of the cab is open to the ? super cab shell thing?? Looks like it was produced that way or was possibly modified by a company like Centurion that possibly extended the frame? Opinions??

Pretty sure there was a company out there that did these post production conversions but cannot remember the name.
The closest thing Toyota made was this very cool set up but limited to overseas markets in limited amounts. This one is from Thailand >
