A few pictures in there of the 85 Yota minitruck I bought yesterday! Has already been regeared to 5.29s, spool in the rear and BFG A/T 35s.

He has built up the 22r too, including a Demon 525 / 4 barrel carb, but it doesn't want to idle without stalling (for me, only tried once around block so far too) so I will have to dial it in or back off a bit to more stock carb type setup.

Some of you guys might have seen the yota around URE already, he has been down there quite a bit.

My goals: #1 is to get it running smooooooth before I even think about wheeling it.

Prob hit URE after that to get in a trial run for myself to see how it works as is.

35-40" MUD terrain type tires, 36s will fit as is, might trim fenders to go bigger. Prob go with TSLs/Bias ply and hopefully beadlocks so I can run 6psi or so.

Winch is number 2 on the list / prob redo the front bumper to make it strong enough for a winch OR rebuild from scratch myself.

Locker in the front, prob wait a bit to see how often I need it, but I am sure I will eventually want it. (Budget will have to be big enough to do Longfields or something at same time)

Naturally I cannot stand rust or crappy paint.. will be intersting to see if it even makes it thru the weekend without some new paint!! :)

So now I have the Dodge 5.9L as my tow rig and a Yota to wheel in!!

[Hey anyone have a set of seatbelts they want to sell / the ones in there are mismatched or something!!]

Awesome Sam! That should be a blast to wheel.

cool beans!! looks like fun and one not to worry bout too much when hittin the trails.

Welcome back to the yota world Sam!

Yeah it was rough out there... (all of 2 weeks, ha!)

Taking it out to our property in Caswell on Saturday, should be fun, get some good pictures of it.

Replaced the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder last weekend so now I can actually get it to shift pretty good too!!
