The add says
  • 2.5-inch lift with Toyota Land Cruiser front springs and torsion bars (Automatic Height Control system retained)

  • care to explain?

They write the ads for the seller. It is a regular AHC lift. I used factory non-ahc springs and torsion bars to compensate for the extra weight of the bumpers and such. Doing it this way made it ride like stock LX.

Are you here to just talk s***? I have owned a few 100 series and this one rides far better than a lifted non-ahc LC.

You said it rides like a stock ahc truck then you said it rides better than a lifted non ahc truck. You said it's standard ahc lift. No it's not and must ride very harsh.
If that was standard everyone here with AHC would do it because its cheap.

I think the build is awesome and keep wandering back to the auction telling myself I don't need another vehicle. Based on the early action in the auction, I think you're gonna be on the hook for the TB offer you made. I may be wrong, but I think the bidding will be strong at the end.

If you have any questions let me know.
  • Like its Land Cruiser sibling, the LX 470 was updated for the 2003 model year with a more powerful version of its V8 engine, revised exterior styling, additional paint colors, a new dash with more modern controls, and standard 18-inch alloy wheels.

Why is your v8 more powerful and how much more powerful?

Looks like a solid truck. Not sure what the lift thing is about and think it was a little out of line for someone to tread on your ad. GLWS!
