For those that missed the description last time, this is a mostly stock friendly run with a little pucker factor and some NM pin stripping as Pappy and Beowulf eluded to on the last run thread.

Going to try and run some of the Chile Challenge trails next month if your interested. There is also a run out in the Zuni's for the end of September on the nmoffroad forum I am going to try to go on.

What are your plans for the Chile Challenge trails (when and where)? Would you be camping down there? It's obviously a little long for a day trip. There are some great trails near Cruces, but I was thinking a lot of them had been closed recently? I ran Chile Challenge once years ago and had a great time.

chile challenge moved venues (no longer in Cruces). I need to go again as there are all new trails now.

Green Canyon looks like fun. I may have to get on the 40's fuel system to make that one.

Trip report from yesterday, great day in the mid 70's on top of the mountain.

we even managed to do some trail repairs, nothing like shoveling and driving t-post at 9000' to get your heart pumping

oldrojo bringing up the rear

We ran Gordy's after North Baldy, nuthin like 12 straight hours of wheeling. I left Albuquerque at 7:30 in the morning and got back at 10:30
