Guys,

Next step is to collect our club dues and nominate officers. This can be temporary or permanent. However we want to handle it. If we do temporary, then we need to schedule an election for January.

Positions available are

President
Treasurer
Delegate
Secretary

And I'm adding one position I think is important : Trail Boss

I'd like to nominate Jason (Tripower389) for Treasurer.

Your input is needed here.

Thanks everyone. I'm working now on the Chapter in Good Standing form and for each member we need 25 bucks for TLCA.

Mark

Just got internet back and looks like I've missed a lot. Nice job Mark on getting us recognized...thanks for doing the leg work.

I'd like to nominate Warren as minister of Brats and all things food oriented...he is da man!

Let us know when you need our cash....

Best.

Hey Guys,

I'll accept the treasure nomination. Since im The MOLC one and have all the money ... Makes sense to be the BBS treasurer. Unless you don't want me too. Then in that case i motion to buy the former MOLC treasure a 4.9:1 t case for his samurai.

- Jason

My vote also Jason....

With that and to speed things along...

Onur for Secretary

Karl for Pres...

I'd like to remain webmaster and liason to the BOD. :grinpimp:

Man if you would have wanted an Orion Tcase, I would have voted yes.

yes

Yes to Jason as treasure and No to the t-case. Dude we got t-shirts to print-we got any money???

We need to get these positions filled guys.

If you suggest another member for a position...shout it out. IMO, any of us can do these jobs. We have quite a few qualified folks.

Jason is the Treasurer. Settled.

mvm for prez !

I'd accept..provided you accept my nomination for you to be the Liason to the BOD?

So far it seems we have the following:

Jason: Treasurer
Onur: Secretary
Marty: Liason for BOD
Mark/Karl: Prez.

So we are missing a VP?

I nominate Jim C for VP--that way he doesn't really have to do anything "official" and can still keep his day job!

I would like to see Karl as President honestly. Experience is what is important here and think Karl has the better disposition for the job also. I would like to take the TrailBoss job and webmaster.

VP isn't defined in the bylaws but we can add it....kinda like the Trail Boss Job.

Marty,

Delegate is responsible for casting the club vote in the circumstances needed and to attend the Monthly BOD meetings that happen via conference call.

It's a VERY important position as this person represents the club to the BOD. You are perfect for the job bro...honestly.

Oh crap...didn't notice that VP wasn't on the list. Good-less government is good government.

Nevermind, I rescind my nomination of Jim C. He can stick to his day job.

:grinpimp:

Anyone know what day the conf. calls are held on?
I'll give it a go unless someone else wants in. I'll do something

The Pres. sets them but they are the last day of the month at 8 pm EST. Or at least that's when the last one was.

Roger Theurer can give you the details on September's meeting.

Congrats Marty....

Guys,

It's been a while since i looked but i think the last time we had a function we had about 750.00.

I could be the honorary, brat supplier/comic relief/sgt. at arms. You know parlimentary procedure.

Where and who do I send my money to? oh yeah how much for out of state tuition.
