NOLA to Chattanooga, tips?

Thanks for bumping this, awesome to see the pics of the kids and how much they've grown. We actually did this trip again last year, but we flew (when they were basically giving away flights on empty planes). Rented a car, and did Nashville, chat, Knoxville and Gatlingburg. Was awesome. The other night my little girl said it was the best trip they've been on (and they've been on some pretty great stuff in other countries). Hope you enjoy.

Chattanooga -
Main Street Meats - I will second this. Just ate there the other day. Pricey but very good.
Hennen's Steakhouse

Birmingham -
Niki's West - been there forever. Best cafeteria meat and three there is.
Archie's BBQ - also been there forever. BBQ sandwiches and burgers both very good.
