So the wife's 91 is all back together and running like a champ (thanks thx138)...save for some dang noises we can't seem to get rid of...
1) We had all the injectors cleaned by the good folks at Arizona TPI over in Tempe. However, when we installed them we got some leaks due to what I'm guessing were some aftermarket o-rings they used which we replaced with some from the dealer and then they worked great. Anyway, when she's running there's a really loud "tick tick tick tick tick" that sounds like noisy injectors...any idea how to fix that?
2) I think I have an exhaust leak but I'm not sure where it's coming from. It sounds like a freaking diesel. It's so loud that if you're standing outside the cab it's hard to hear the driver talking to you with the window rolled down...
3) It's either a squeaky pulley or wheel bearing. Squeak Squeak Squeak Squeak Squeak! whenever you're accelerating, let of the gas, it goes away, doesn't happen at idle. Sounds like it's coming through the AC vents...
So far the solution to all these problems that we've come up with is to just turn the sub up and the radio louder, but I'd actually like to fix the problem...
So....Anybody on the west side like to swing by my place or meet me somewhere and take a listen? I'm right by ASU West, 43rd Ave & Thunderbird...

ps....how often should you have to refill your overflow tank? the coolant in the radiator is right at the top, but it seems like i'm refilling the overflow about once a week...no leaks, i checked the hoses, and i check the oil every day so no signs of mixing there...
