Nod out to Radd Cruisers

Forgive me for posting here but I am unsure of where to put it. Last year I purchased two parking brake wires for my bj74 but never got around to putting them on until a month ago. The first pull on the parking brake lever after install and off came the swagged end on one cable and the other showed slippage. One email to Radd Cruisers and they told me they would replace them, free of charge and no shipping costs. The units were after market and they replaced them with Toyota parts. They also kept me well informed of my "order status". Can't get much better then that. Thanks John and Amanda.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I used them quite a bit last year and then I could not get anyone on the phone that knew anything. Glad they are back on-line!

A number of these threads seem to pop up from time to time but its good to keep the public reminded that Radd will go above and beyond to help.

Just yesterday I called them with wallet in hand ready to buy OEM Toyota products but was instead told some alternatives that would work better that I could purchase with pocket change from the local napa or lordco. This is not the first time either that they did this either. Granted I have spent a lot of money with them and will continue to do so but their honesty and values to keep the Land Cruiser community strong will certainly keep me doing business with them.
