No nav?

Not that I really need the 2002 navigation ,but if it can be fixed i guess I will do it.
The screen reads. "Program disk inserted".
Do I just need a new disk?
What do guys think?

I have an '02 as well and don't want to load a new disc in the risk of "rocking the boat" in the fear of this. Have you tried pulling to the disc under the passenger seat to see if it will reset?

I tried ejecting it and reinserted it several times. Same thing happens. Maybe I should try a new disk
