No Gas

I am a newbie. I purchased a 2002 LX470 recently. It has 105,000 miles on it. I have noticed going down the road it losing power. Like a slight miss and then it catches back up. Today it totally just quits. Motor sounds fine but you have to put it on the floor to get up to 60 and it doesn't get there fast. Please help. Where do I start.

I would start by performing a basic tune up - spark plugs, oil, air filter to cover the basics. Inspect coil packs. While you're in there, look for vacuum leaks. Get some quality fuel injector cleaner ex BK44. Any check engine lights on?
