So after a long trip in Utah, I did a little offloading with some mud and water. I then ended up hosing down my whole truck and it started just fine after with zero issues and then the next day I went to start again and it was a little delayed when it started. I then drove it all the way home no issues shut it off. The next day went to turn it on again. Pretty delayed drove it straight to AutoZone. They tested the battery alternator and starter. Said it was all good and then parked And shut it off and then went to turn it on again no start just clicks clicks clicks. I assumed the starter went out so I bought a new starter replaced the starter tried jumping the starter relay to see if the starter was bad nothing happened. I then disconnected the battery and everything to do the starter and after putting it all back together, I noticed the lights in my dash won’t come on The car also will not crank or give any effort to turn on. I’ve checked the battery again, the alternator wiring, harnesses grounds replaced every fuse in both fuse boxes, checked the ignition as it’s sending power to the starter via the fuse box. I then also noticed that part of the harness that goes to my crankshaft sensor was being chewed up by my serpentine belt upon further investigation I noticed it didn’t really get the internal wires, just the ground, but the ground was cleaned and covered and reconnected.

Tomorrow, I’ll be replacing the batteries in both of my keys to see if that’s the issue both keys do unlock and unlock the vehicle. I’ve tried both keys to start the vehicle. It looks like the immobilizer light goes off when I turn it, but I’m assuming these keys might have D registered or not fully registered due to keeping the battery off and replacing all of the fuses maybe it reset the ECU? I’m not sure Also to the crankshaft position sensor does not receive power when I put the ignition in on.
No clue what to do sitting here with my thumb in my ass. Once again dashboard does not light up starter does do not do anything. The car is just dead when I turn the key all the lights come on the radio comes on and then when I go to start it, they all cut off and come back on, but the car does not attempt at all to start Dashboard lights do not ever come on except for the imobilizer light and it goes off on the key is in

Help me !

Previous starter
Was bench tested when it came out
And it Was faulty. But just not sure how i got across this new problem.

Replaced the starter clip as the pin did break when taking off due to heat and age. New one was fine. Connected it all bolted it to the motor. Did the main wire
From battery to starter.

Replace all fuses once again inside and out, replaced the dash. And swapped Around all relays … I’m lost now

To me this sounds like a battery cable/connection problem. Either your negative cable or one of the positive cables that leads to the starter and the fusebox itself. It's not something you'll be able to solve without a multimeter. You'll need to start checking where you do and don't have 12V at, and how the voltage changes when someone tries to start the rig. I'd check all of the above at the battery itself, in the engine bay fuse panel (by pulling a fuse and putting a multimeter probe into the hot side of the box), and in the under-dash fuse panel.

If you don't have full battery voltage all the time, it's 100% a connection issue. It's totally possible you'll have a full 12V at one of the fuses and then it drops to something like 6V when someone tries to star the rig. If you DO have full battery voltage at both fuse panels, than it's an electronic issue, and not one that I can help you with. If it's a battery voltage issue, then you have a problem with the cables, a connection, or the battery itself.

Thank you i will check it out tomorrow i did look through it but i will double check it all !
Did you check with a multimeter to verify voltage everywhere and see if voltage drops when things were turned on? Without using a multimeter this problem will be very difficult to solve.
