Bought a number of items a while back, most of which were back ordered. I was never notified my items were being held, as a result of one back ordered item (OME damper). Once I finally received the OME damper, I realized it was missing the replacement bolts required for install. I have sent multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails over the last few weeks and nothing from CC. Either they are so busy they cannot get to their customers or they are out of business?
