There was supposed to be a meeting in January right?? We need to iron out the details ASAP, January is only a week and a half away!!

Jan 16th had the most votes. So we got 3 weeks to procrastinate and then spend a week rushing to figure out where to hold it.

Yes our meeting will be held on January the 16th. Location is undecided as of yet. Most likely somewhere in Medford Grants Pass or Central Point... not as specific as it should be this close to go time but better than nothing?

Just a thought, but is it impossible for a us to just find a place that our meetings are held regularly that is central enough for most to attend? Not saying it is in stone, but at least a place that is assumed unless specified.... to avoid every meeting becoming "ok finally found a date, now where"?

The sports park seems to work well for most of us. Or we'll be moved into our new place by then and it's right by the park... BBQ and meeting?

I can always reserve Bruno's Pizza again. It was crowded but we had kind of a freak turnout that day. I'm sure with a normal turnout of people that room would have worked just fine.

I Like outdoor, but that's just me. Bruno's would work too. I'm down for whatever the majority would like.
