Hi everyone, Next meeting is next week, 7:30 at the dealership. Following is an agenda of Meeting. If you have anything else you would like to discuss, please email me. I would like to keep the meeting down to business only. Lets get through everything, then move on to hops at 8:30 to catch up. Sounds good?

www.clcc.org for those who need directions.

Meeting agenda:

1. Discuss Swap meet coming up April 15 and delegate any work if needed.

2. Elect Secretary. Anyone wishing to apply does not have to attend meeting. Please send us an email if interested and we will vote at the meeting. Secretary needs to be candidate who attends most meeting and can take meeting minutes.

3. Discuss possible location for next meeting. Now that the weather is getting good, it would be nice to be outside.

4. Nail down a tech day date and job (please send us suggestions). Josh said he might be able to do a carb tune up tech day.

5. Review the club Bylaws and discuss. I will send in next few days (or review past emails sicne i recently sent it out).

Ross, please bring calendars. there are two members that we owe.

Look forward to seeing everyone and their trucks.

Sebastien.

I'll be there!

Hey, John picked me up some body tools. We will be ready for that body work tech day soon. Hopefully Ryan will be able to come out and give us some pointers.

see you Wed. (i might also give you a call sunday to stop by).

Ooops, MAYBE i'll be there!

I left you a message Seb. Sorry, I didn't listen to the voicemail 'til last night. Let me know if you'd still like to come by.

I'll see you guys there. And I'll have calendars for anyone that hasn't gotten one, yet. Ross and Becky are planning on making it, but Becky dropped off the calendars with me in case Ross isn't in town, yet.

Who else is coming?

I'm going to do my best to make it. Wow, the web site looks great, I hadn't seen it in a long time, Kudos to whomever is setting it up.

All credit on that goes to Sebastien.

I'd love to be in one of these meetings but I just simply can't. Going that way from Fairfax during rush hour to be on time/late for the meeting or just to hang out during a week day is simply not practical for me. If I had a chance to vote, I'd vote for to have another meeting (two meetings) or move the meeting date in the weekends. Or some other means like teleconference, if available.

:)

Riad, I think we're going to try to do more happy hours out towards your neck of the woods.

Riad, you work in FFX? How about I schedule the next happy hour in Tyson's?
It seems to be a good middle spot for meeting?
Andrew

Oh, when you said our neck of the woods, I thought you meant on the MD side of the beltway. Tyson's is even further away...

Yeah that's what I thought too. I live in Germatown MD. I get off between 6:00 to 6:30PM. I would prefer to have it some where in Rockville. Tysons is a mess around that time, even later.

Oops, yeah for some reason I was thinking about the Fairfax/Tysons area even though I know you live in Germantown.

Although, if and when we start doing the outdoor, grilling in a park meeting thing, we should probably do one or two up in Maryland.

I;m not sure if this is any closer for you MD guys, but I know Great Falls is right in the border. We could BBQ and hike there.

which side of great falls? That worx for me too. I used to bike in the MD side of the trails there, years ago.

either side would work for me although the va side is the only side I've been too.
It was mentioned at the meeting that most parks prohibit drinking. hmmmm
