Newbie question

I just got a 99 100 and one problem I have is the drivers window switch is acting odd. If I don't hold it up for a bit after the window closes it will come down again. It is just eratic. Does this sound like the switch or regulator.

Theres a thread on this somewhere I think. So if you just roll it up then it'll come right back down? If so, try rolling up the window without using the auto function and report back for further assistance.

There is a pressure sensor that is designed to bring the window back down if a finger or a head gets in between the window and being fully closed. If you pull off the 3 wire plug inside the door it disables the auto open/close feature. I did this some time ago... my finger is none the worse for wear for having to hold the button down.

I fixed this with the post about the switch base just having a crack. Little epoxy and it is good to go.
