Newbie introduction

Greetings all from Virginia (Live outside Richmond and work in DC). After lurking in the backround reading I figured it was time to post a thread. After years of owning early model Broncos, I have decided it was time turn passion to the Land cruiser as an addition to my 97 4runner. As a newbie, I have had the normal reservations about buying vehicles online but it does open the pool of vehicles to choose from. I searched high and low using Google to find the best forums where others felt as passionate as I toward these vehicles as I do..... and this is where I've landed so greetings to you all! I am looking forward to exchanging information and ideas with those that will give me honest answers and assistance. So thanks y'all. I'm shopping for a 85-87 FJ60 so I will continue to monitor the sales area.

Welcome to mud....Im a baby not only to cruisers, but also to the 4WD/ off road world. Ive learned a TON here. As you have probably noticed...Any problem you encounter, its almost guaranteed these guys have had the same and will help you through it.
