Newbie here - Would love some advice

Hi guys, I have lurked here and the site is great. I am in the market for a 4x4 but not sure exactly what to get. I have always loved the FJ40 cruisers and the early Broncos but never pulled the trigger on getting one. I welcome your thoughts on FJ40 vs early Broncos vs Jeep CJ's.

In searching the net it seems I can get any of the 3 listed for roughly the same price. I have even considered a Chevy K5 simply for the size and ability to get more people in it. My plans are to do some light off road stuff, go topless most of the time and enjoy the drive of a vehicle that has the old school feel. I grew up on a farm and we had a Windsor Jeep converted for hunting as well as a Chevy Apache with a flat bed. That is REAL muscle in my opinion.

You are posing this ?? In the FJC specific forum. You'd be better off posing this in the FJ-40 specific discussion forum.

My input, in short is that you can get equal results with any of them. It all just depends on what fluffs your skirt and how much $$$ you want to spend...
