newb intro

i was a former jeep addict until, i started looking into cruisers, long story short i found mud and the hunt was on, I ended up buying my 76 40 from JesterB on this forum (thanks man) i didnt take any pics before i started the tear down so if anybody has any old ones of JesterBs old 40 please send

i have a couple color choices, i painted both aprons one is Krylon Kaki gloss and one is Satin Pebble ( looks like dune my fav) the bib is painted the gloss Kaki

I like the Khaki as well, also agree that I hope you are using the rattle can so that you can figure out the color and then will be using real automotive paint as Texx said.

I like the kahki. Check out the paint and body section on this forum. There are some great tips there. I was able to buy some "rust stop" paint at ace harware that they matched to my dune beige very nicely and it works well.
