i was a former jeep addict until, i started looking into cruisers, long story short i found mud and the hunt was on, I ended up buying my 76 40 from JesterB on this forum (thanks man) i didnt take any pics before i started the tear down so if anybody has any old ones of JesterBs old 40 please send:cheers:

Welcome to the real 4x4 world..and get your first salute here..:flipoff2:...nice start on your 40,its always good to now what you have into....clean,fix rust and wheeling its the best part of a newbie..then you just :flipoff2: again to the next one...:beer:
 
i have a couple color choices, i painted both aprons one is Krylon Kaki gloss and one is Satin Pebble ( looks like dune my fav) the bib is painted the gloss Kaki

I think you need to buy some real automotive paint.

I like the Khaki as well, also agree that I hope you are using the rattle can so that you can figure out the color and then will be using real automotive paint as Texx said.
