I just purchased a 2004 GX470 2 weeks ago. I love it! I got the running boards off last week. My ultimate goal is to put a rack on it, a winch, haven’t decided on a bumper or hidden mount yet. I also want to lift it and change the tires out when the ones that are on it wear out, but that’ll be a ways down the road. I plan for it to be a camping/hunting/fishing rig.

Awesome! Grats. I'm here in KY also. I also have a white 08.

Where about a in Ky?
I'm in the Louisville area. Finally got my bumper after 2 months because they had to build it. I went with the Victory 4x4 since it is basically a bolt on.

Got the Dobinsons IMS lift. 3" height adjustable front hard spring with a 2" rear medium spring in the back. I dont plan on a rear bumper for a while so went medium. Ride is good but found out I had a bad lower bushing after the lift and it pulls to the left under acceleration now. Replacing all those this week so should know better soon. Also look into a panhard correction kit vs an adjustable panhard bar. The kit is weld on but will keep it true to factory instead of just trying to tweak.

Join the gxor Facebook group. There is also a GXOR KY group with about 70 people in it.

5eightFab is the local goto. Charlie there is awesome and can take care of you if needed.
