I just finished up a knuckle rebuild on the passenger side of my 60. I disconnected the soft hose at the brake shield. My question is, when I bleed the brakes, do I need to bleed at all four wheels in the correct order, or can I just bleed the one that was disconnected?

Know

Might as well do all, just to be on the safe side.

When you disconnected the soft line, did you plug it, or did you just let it drizzle? Also, how long did you have it disconnected?

If you plugged it fairly well, you can almost certainly just bleed that one corner. If it drizzled for a while, or was only loosely plugged/capped for an extended period, I'd bleed all four corners to be safe.

I actually stuck it in the finger of a rubber glove (had plenty on hand for the knuckle mess) and zip tied it on there, so it's been pretty well sealed the whole time.

Just bleed that corner, then. It can't have gotten any big bubbles too far up the lines, and any that did get further up will be small enough that it won't be dangerous to test drive it. And, obviously, if a little did work its way higher up the system, you can bleed all four corners.
