new vacuum lines

I got new vacuum lines from autozone, I call it..........Ronald McCruiser.
The last pic is just for kicks, i think it would be a good brochure pic though.

What's the deal with those lines? Are they something special? Curious as to why you would use those.

...oh and by the way, it really looks like spaghetti now. Noodles and sauce or 60 series vac lines.

i needed new lines, the old ones were cracking and rotting, and autozone had em, as far as the colors i would have liked one consistent color but they didn't have enough red, but hey they look fine to me. reminds me of something someone said about my diamond plate inquiry "Diamond plate is like gold teeth for rednecks"

I like it...might have to mimic you on the colored vac lines. BTW, what was the cost per foot, and were colors any more expensive than flat black?

Hehehe... you might have something there.

If I were going to use more than one color, I might've separated each system by color. One color for spark control, another for egr, HAC, etc.

Didn't notice earlier, but nice dryer duct air intake, reflects the color of the vaccum lines nicely.

Yeah, the dryer intake works remarkabley well, as for price, i got 10 ft from paragon preformance for $1.15 per foot, then i got 3 packages of silicone hoses of various diameters which included 10 feet of the 4mm from autozone, the color is not extra at paragon. And I think it pretty much balanced out when including the shipping from paragon. All in all i used about 40 ft of the 4mm. The autozone stuff is glossier than the paragon stuff as well.
