I bought my 2008 2 months ago after about 6 years of driving a 100... the 200 is quite a different animal, as far as the drive , how the suspension feels, etc . I like it but it takes some getting used to. I have the well known clunk as well and the dealer has approved to replace the drive shaft, but it is on back order. I had also had noisy belt and they discovered the tensioner needed to be replaced, I wasn't happy about that considering how hardy the 2UZFE was . The tensioner was covered under the CPO warranty but I paid for the new belt, which is fine, the truck has 80K on it, now that's done . Other than that its been awesome , and does very well in the sand pulling out Jeeps ... :) I also noticed a slight piston slap sound when cold...but seemed like a normal Toyota sound to me

2uz would've required a ~2k dealer job in no time for you and offered significantly less power while guzzling premium fuel with less mpg.

3uz, not so shabby. :D
