New Trolley Jack help pls

I need a new trolley jack for the garage.

I only have 2 criteria but the second is seemingly impossible to satisfy.

Criteria 1: 3 tonnes or more

Criteria 2: NOT MADE IN CHINA!!

Anyone know of anything? Thx.
