I'm lookin' at gettin' an ALLPRO Front Winch Mount Bumper, sheet metal design, powder coated black..i ultimately want to get it recoated in silver...is the ALLPRO brand a good one to get? Does anyone know of a good place to recoat? Final question: Where are the best places to go off-roadin'? I previously owned a '98 TJ but now have moved onto something bigger...but i never got out to the dirt much...anyways.. hope all is well with everyone, hope to hear from you guys and gals soon!

Yeah come on out thursday you can check out what the All-Pro bumper looks like in person, as well as the Expedition One, and ARB. You can also see what happens to an FJC when you wheel it.... ;)

And I am not talking about smashing up a bumper wing.

I'm another Texan--but from San Antonio. When I bought my FJ I was very close to buying the All-Pro front bumper. I ended up buying the Demello, because I liked the fact it had integrated fog lights and a slightly larger bull bar. I did, however, go with the All-Pro rear bumper. They make very nice road armor.

Good Luck.

And with your big bad-ass bumper, you might want to consider a front suspension kit that uses heavier duty coils than most (not suppose to advertise on this section of the forum, so I'm not allowed to tell you to look at the Downey kit that includes "Tundra Coils").

I personally prefer Old Man Emu suspension products. Then again, I like the ARB bumper over all the others. To each their own. I also live in San Antonio.
