I am new to this board so I thought I would introduce myself. I am a proud owner of an '01 LX470 and I absolutely love it compared to my "other" vehicle which is getting sold soon. Here are the pics

Your LX looks sweet. How many miles on your vehicle? Did you get PO's maintenance records? You might want to baseline all fluids for peace of mind.

Your 'other' vehicle does not look too bad itself. But I am assuming that its reliability is another story.

You might want to put some information about your vehicle in your signature line.

Thanks, the LX is a 1 owner truck with 50k miles, and has had all the scheduled maintenance done at a local Lexus dealer here in Houston.

As for the rover, it was a fun vehicle, but it is old ('95) with about 155k miles and I was tired of dumping more and more money into it when it isn't really worth it anymore. It has proved to be fairly reliable, but it is from the era of much simpler electronics so there was less to actually go wrong. In terms of luxury and build quality, the Rover is a piece of crap compared to the LX...

At this point, probably leaving it stock and enjoying that I can park in parking garages again. Further down the line, who knows...thanks for the compliments

Nice rig. I have been thinking of taking off my roof rack and after looking at your truck, I think I have just made up my mind...it looks great.
