Nice looking 40! I love the car seats. For me that's what it's all about. My kids have grown up wheeling in my 78 forty and hopefully there kids will grow up wheeling in it too. I have owned several trucks over the years but that one will never be sold as long as I'm around. The funny part is I think my 8 year old daughter wants it more then my 15 year old son.

The 100 is great but a nice 40 makes you part of an exclusive club!

Truth!

And my daughter loves my 40 too!

Nice trucks, how Does the 100 do pulling the forty? I have a twenty foot trailer I use to tow my 40 and a couple quads. That will now become the 100's job. I was using a 4x4 suburban before but I sold it to buy the 100.

I won't be towing the FJ40's with it often. I live close to most of the trails I go to so I drive the 40 on most trips. I do sometimes go to Johnson Valley to the Hammer trails or long distances over 2 or 3 hours away from my house and then will normally tow it. When doing extreme stuff it's nice to have the trailer handy if I break it. Although I have to say in the 15 years I have had it, I have only had to tow it twice.

Guess we will find out lol. My Fj40 ways 4500lbs. I weighed it on a four corner scale and its very close to 1125lbs in each corner. The quads are probably another 600lbs (one is a kids 90). The trailer weighs around 2200lbs. That's 7300lbs. Umm! I think I might have to leave the quads and the family at home.:hhmm:
