LC newbie owner checking in..... Super excited to have found this 2020 Heritage edition with 34K+ miles on it. Checked out, engine, mechanicals, ext./Interior leather perfect, etc.
Basically stock except for the Dissent rear steel bumper/spare tire mount.
Gonna be mostly road tripping with the wonderdog throughout the western states & northwest, maybe push into Canada.

Already ordered and got a doggie seat cover /hammock for the 2nd row seats, waiting on door covers before bringing him along for dog drives.

Maybe a stupid question, but any threads or tips on keeping any cargo from sliding and/or rolling around on the back rubber mat would be most appreciated. Not looking to do a full blown drawer system, but any sort of chocks or other individual cargo container system, either open or closed lid that doesn't slide/roll around that anyone can recommend?

Thanks in advance and look forward to advancing my LC knowledge!

Very nice.. did they powder coat the wheels or plasti-dip or similar? Or are those tundra TRD wheels?

As a half solution Toyota makes a mesh net basket thing that goes across the back up against the tailgate.

Personally I’d just get one of those generic cargo nets with elastic edges and clip it to all four floor hooks.

As a 2020 HE you should already have the rear cargo cover.. really nice addition for security.

Beautiful low mile specimen and that color
Matched dissent is hot! Congrats and welcome.

Im curious to see your door covers as my goober just has to stand in the sill with her head out the window. Seen a few 2nd row hammocks that have them built in but I have a seat cover already and would consider a separate piece in addition.

There is a factory cargo mat that is hard to procure from overseas market. Mixed results on folks getting ahold one one

Several threads avail if you search cargo mat or liner. Here is one

As for storage I inherited these along the way for trunk organization. I’d be willing to guess a Costco purchase. Has snap in dividers and fold flat when not in use.

Congratulations man! Great looking car and awesome to get the miles that low.

If you are interested, I ordered a full set of rear cargo coverage from Canvasback (All Canvasback Interior Vehicle Protection Products - https://www.canvasback.com/your-vehicle/all-products.html) in addition to all weather mats from Husky. I have an English Bull Terrier (he's much bigger now than he was when my profile pic was taken) who loves to shed, drool and occasionally chew (RIP my red leather headrests in my old S4) so I'm really focused on dog proofing the car.

There are 4 D-ring tie down points in the trunk that you can use to secure cargo with ratchet straps or bungie cords. Mine were folded down when I bought the truck and I needed to fish them out. Funny enough the Base is a bit easier in this regard as the third row seats prevent things from sliding side to side. As others have mentioned, the cargo net is a good add.

I'm planning on buying a crate system from RuffLand (Performance Kennels by RuffLand®—Tough, Safe, Travel-Ready - https://www.rufflandkennels.com/) as they offer a ton of options re: tie downs and storage. Will feel a lot better about longer trips having little buddy secured.

Not sure on the wheels as it happened before I bought it. They're just Toyota wheels so someone before me traded out the bronze BBS wheels. And for whatever reason, I have no cargo cover so possibly the same prior owner kept that and the wheels. Probably gonna just order one. But will definitely get a cargo net deal and look at some other storage options...

canvasback is the best. But to be honest this $20 cover I got from Costco is so worth it. It converts from 2nd row seat cover to hammock with door protections to third row area cargo cover. Dogs love it too.

Edit: added a photo of seat cover mode. The flaps on the side extend to cover the door panels and front (bottom) has loops that will attach to the front seat headrests and complete the self contained hammock set up. It also has a removable center insert to accommodate larger/smaller cars.

I ordered these from Weathertech:

They get here Monday, but the versions on Amazon from another reply to my thread look interesting too. I've got plastic storage bins with locking lids I can use for now, but might by a roll of rubber matting to fold up under any storage back there to lock it rubber to rubber of the existing floor mat. And I need to find a decent cargo net to clip between the 4 points.....Lotta fun though

Congrats! Was this the one in LV at the Ford dealership? What did you end up paying if you don't mind me asking?

Nice, congrats! I like the color match on the rear bumper!

Kinda reminds me of my first HE Build in 19’/20’! Always wondered how black wheels would have looked.

Solid price for the miles and being a HE. The bumper and wheels are not my cup of tea, but you can solve that easily. Low miles though can't be restored.
I thought it was great, considering I've seen higher mileage HE's for more $$. Somewhat bummed that someone before me kept the Bronze BBS wheels, but not complaining considering how cherry it is. Found out more about it's prior history through my LV mechanic friends, which made me pull the trigger

Thanks, think I scored a good one! Would've rather had the bronze wheels that came with it, but not that big a deal. Love your license plate.

You can just buy the bronze wheels. Though expensive, they are available from several online Toyota dealers.

I like the black wheels better than the bronze but I suppose that puts me in the minority.

Love the rear bumper too.

$83k is a steal at that mileage for a 2020 HE. Nice work.

Thanks. Lucky for me I had mechanic friends in LV who could inspect it for me, plus they new the prior owner(2nd). Had to have it after it all checked out.
