Basic trucks are hard to come by these days.
I'd look at pics of a Wagoneer with a 4BT in it.

I started my search here for a Land Cruiser, 60, 62, or a 80 series to do a swap. The more I looked the details of doing a swap to a Cruiser were more than I thought I could do. So ended up doing a 1980 Scout Diesel swap to a 4BT. Sold it 5 years ago and started the Wagoneer swap.
I did my research, looking for the most reliable mid size truck. All of the independent auto shop on youtube and else where raved about how reliable the Toyota. trucks are. So here I am. Always had full size trucks before, but don't need that size any more.
