new to cruisers and need help

Hey guys I am new to the land cruiser world (just traded my jeep for it) and I need help figurein out this barn cooling fan was wandering if there was any one in the rules area that may be able to help me one after noon. I am horrible at electrical and need help with ge5ing this goin

Saw a blue Cruiser yesterday in Midtown, and curious whose. Not many running around, locally.

can you explain what the problem is with the cooling fan--I assume you mean the carb cooling fan located on the inner fender?
