I've noticed when people post a thread that it comes up "NEW" infront of there title. Mine never does. How do I get that "NEW" on there?

what woody is saying is you posted it so it's not new to you. Others will see it as new.
New is for any post that your computer hasn't logged. The forum software shows threads with "new" posts for you. Makes it easy to find new posts.
If you check your threads tomorrow they may register new if some posts in them.
