Not trying to hurt your for sale post, but what does this unit have that a brand new one from CVT doesn’t? You can purchase a Mt Batchelor from CVT directly for $1,375. Add $225 and you get the annex with it. If it comes with something the new one doesn’t, please add that to your for sale post. May help it sell.
