Good Morning...just purchased an Atomic Silver 2018 LX 570 (Two Row). Traded my nearly 17 YO 2004 LC w/209K+ miles. In a way - kind of a sad day. The '04 LC as seen many adventures and been involved with 15 years of our lives...it could not have served us better! We wanted a Two Row as we have always just stored the previously removable seats...this removes the need to take our the seats and find a fix for the holes in the carpet.

Does have a different drive "feel". Sheetmetal hood profile will take awhile to get used to...and gas on right side is not really appreciated :) Lots of new electronics to figure out...bit of experience with wife's 2016 Lexus ES300H...but I do not drive that often.

Thanks for the help over the years on the 100 Forum...will likely have questions soon on the 200 Forum...TomR

P.S. Now that I have purchased...Lexus will no doubt announce a new, complete redo coming soon! TMR

Congrats on your new LX, its always tough parting with the old ones they become part of the family. Enjoy making some new memories in the new one

Pics or it didn't happen!

:-)

Congrats on the new LX.

The only warning I would have is OEM tires. There is a chance they gave you the best OEM or the worst. If they gave you the worst, almost worth getting a trade in value from discount tire or whatever tire store is by you and upgrading. Especially since winter is coming.

OEM on my wife's 2018 GX460 are the craptastic BRIDGESTONE DUELER H/T D840 rated 4-8 out of ten across the board on every category of tire rating. In the wet at normal turning speed onto side streets they actually slide, I couldn't believe it, but they do. Dead last on Tirerack, and more expensive that the best ones (i.e. Michelin Defender).

If you have the DUNLOP GRANDTREK PT3A I would seriously think about losing them before a Minnesota winter.

I have the Dunlop Grandtrek PT2A...looked on Tirerack and they appear quite new...and pricey (about $400 per tire). No ratings yet? Not many choices in 285 50 R20??

Had the same issue on my 15LX. I grabbed the Michelin Defender in 275/60/20 for $209, one of the best rated and a 70K mile tire.
