Can one safely assume these will plug and play with all controls and the heaters in a USDM 2000 Land Cruiser?

Ok I checked and they do not have the heated function. My mirrors on my cruiser have 5 wires where these have three to operate the movement of the mirror. So you would loose the heated mirror function with these. Plugs are the same
