New Noise from Front Right Suspension After Trip

Recently, I went on a roadtrip(on paved roads) with six people in the car, each weighing around 85 kg. On the way there, everything was fine, but on the way back, I noticed a new noise when hitting corners or bumps. It sounds like a sharp, clanging or clattering noise, almost like metal hitting a spinning fan, with a rapid "tat-tat-tat" or "click-click-click" sound. This only happens when the suspension is compressed, and it seems to come from the front right.

Now, even with just 3-4 people in the car, the noise returns on corners or bumps. Before the trip, this never happened. I’ve checked if the fan is hitting the radiator but haven’t been able to replicate the sound while stationary.

Does anyone have suggestions on what could be causing this?

See if it happens exclusively when turning corners.
Example would be turning in to a side street, and accelerating around the corner. If it's happening when the wheel is turned fairly sharply, and you are accelerating, good chance its worn out birfs (aka CV joints) in the front axle.

If it's this, the bumps are probably just coincidental.

Having a load of people in the car means you need to put more gas, more power to get the car moving, so more likely to cause the worn parts to click

I'm guessing the exhaust pipe on the RF wheel well.

There is a cover on it that typically rust out and may break loose, now, depending on engine rpm or load, the frequency causes it to make noise.

Could also be the shield over the catalytic converter.

Also could be the RF dragging on a cover or mudflap or brake hose when turning.

I don't think it has anything to do with the corners or steering, when I say the noise happens when taking corners i mean on mountain roads going about 40 mph and when I take the corner the weight of the vehicle shifts and the suspension compresses on the right side thats when the sound appears and ones the suspension is no longer compressed the sound in gone, but if the same scenario happens and the left side gets compressed there is no sound.

what would that be rubbing againts? The tire? Driveshaft(btw this 80 series is not full time so the front drive shaft is not locked and wheel hubs are free)? Like i said before the sound is mostly compared to something that spins fast and hit something metalic

It's not uncommon on these to have a heat shield vibration that definitely sounds like a rotational noise at a certain exhaust frequency.
Heat shields above the cats and the one on the down pipe from the exhaust manifold.

Check the bolts in the brake calipers.

Maybe there's a rock stuck behind the dust shield on the hubs.

Check right front sway bar mount at frame and sway bar bracket on front axle (right side).
