Recently got a 2007 GX470 with no rust and low mileage at 184k it needs a little love, but shes coming along!

Clean the olds ones or purchase new ?

Cleaned them. Sanded them down, and some 2x ultra cover gloss clear paint/primer spray got them looking pretty good.
