New member BJ70-3B-Hard Duty

Hi everyone!

I finally registered me and my BJ70, 3B, Hard duty to this fantastic forum, where i found already interesting topics. I am actually a swiss guy living in Transylvania where i can use this fantastic car for what it was built

After some research here, i found out finally that i have hand throttle on the right side, but which was disassembled (will try to get in function). But on the left side of the steering i have a up-down button, for which i dont no function. Anyone?

Found out finally that this is the hand throttle.. hope i will get this in function

looks like the idle adjuster is missing. The switch on the left is probably for a aftermarket light or some other after market use, not Toyota switch.

By the way we call our cruisers heavy duty not hard duty I know deutsche Sprache schwere Sprache, or is it English?

That switch could be for anything. If its not working you should check the wires and make sure they are not getting any power to them.

hi, theres a guy at DEVA that restores 70s. one in Bucharest too. both have spares as well.

Greetings. Love to here of other 3b bj70s where ever they are. The orange switch is likely for what looks like a USB plug in. 24 v converted to 12? Your missing the idle adjust knob. There is a registry for our bjs to.
