When I bought my 1999 100, it only came with only one master key. I thought I should have some more, so I bought another master with the Alarm buttons, and a valet style key.
got them cut, did the pedal dance and they start the cruiser fine. However, the remote on the the new key doesn't work. Is there some procedure to make the cruiser accept this new key's remote commands, or to program the key?
Do I have to do somethine with the remote ECU - if so, where is it and what do I do.
Or, should the pedal dance have made the cruiser accept the new key, and its remote commands - and I have a defective transmitter on the new key?
Thoughts?
