New LX570 owner, crawl control help?

Hello!

I just picked up a 2013 LX570, I've had an 80 for the last 15 years but this is my first foray into a 200. I hope you guys will go easy on me for what i'm hoping is a dumb question, I've searched the threads and Youtube but not found the answer yet, and, my truck arrived with no manuals to reference. So apologies if this is silly but, my crawl control level switch "pictured" is stuck in the fully up position, how do i get it back down? I've tried 4 low, Neutral, hoping this is operator error.

Don’t force it, it’s likely stuck because it’s gummed up. This happened to my 4lo selector and I broke on a trip in Colorado.

You need to pull the panel to get to the underside of the switch unfortunately.
