new lx470 owner (need some help)

Just picked up 99 lx with 126k miles.super clean and no rust which is huge in mn..owner was asking around 11k than dropped price to 9500 and I was able to grab it for 8k..after driving it for last week I'm pretty pleased.when purchasing I noticed a Crack in headlight and water in the housing.like an idiot I did not check the headlights..well fast forward 5 days later and I have no headlights are fog lights all other lights work..all the fuses under engine bay were good .I noticed it's missing the 100 amp main fuse but I read that's common?even know it says controls lights?previous owner is elderly and of no help..hoping the experts here can.thanks.heres some pics

In my experience, the simplest solution is usually the right one. I would replace all fuses that have to do with the headlights. Sometimes they'll blow and you can't really tell by looking at them.

Also, I'm sure you checked the switch on the steering column right? To make sure they're on?

Welcome !! U got a smokin Deal on that LX!! Since u got a good deal, it prolly wouldn't be a bad idea to take it to the local Toyota dealer (I know, I know) but they will be able to take care of it and give it a good look over. They may have a quick fix for it in their database. I do some of the small stuff myself but feel better with Toyota techs looking over the big stuff on my LX. U can usually ask for discounts or coupons too. Good luck and let us know how it works out!

Thank you for the encouragement that I received a good deal so far I feel hat way also except I didn't get lucky like the other gentleman who just purchased a lx on here and found timing belt changed sticker on cam cover which leads me to believe it might not have been changed although I have a question for fellow lx owners.upon examining engine bay I noticed the front of water pump which is connected to my water pump had a blue front...i would love to find out of that is not a factory water pump???as far as lights go feel like a real newbie..in the sun I realized both headlight bulbs were burnt out,just was weird that both head and fogs were out,on examine fogs they look good so not sure?this is of course after I disassembled the head light switch by steering wheel and cut into insulated wires to check if that was the cause,nope just a headlight..
