FWIW, the EFI Main relay did nothing for the cold start idle (or anything else I can detect).
Previous to the O-Ring mod, my cold startup idle was 1800 with no A/C, 2100 with A/C. Then it would slowly drop to 800 in Park or Neutral w/o A/C or 1300 w/ A/C. With the mod, cold startup idle is 950 w/o A/C, 1100 w/ A/C and after warmup in P or N the idle is 625 w/o A/C and 800 w/ A/C.
