New here 1993 80, 6.2 almost finished (1 Viewer)

Hi friends, I am new to mud. I have a fzj80 project I have been working on for a # of months and am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s a L92 engine with 4l60e trans running a Holley terminator max. Latest issue I have met is my cdl will not actuate via the button or shifting into low, actuator operates in both directions using 9v battery. Not sure what’s goin on..

Have you traced the wires from the actuator harness back into the truck? May have inadvertently deleted a wire (or missed hooking up a ground) along the way.

today I’m going to check continuity on all wires between relay and end of harness. Measuring ohms between 2 and 3 on the actuator motor plug to body ground I have OL and normal should be more than .5 . Would that mean the problem lies within the actuator?

I’m not sure about that. Zero sounds right to me. If it was working before swap and now it’s not I doubt anything is wrong with it. Especially since you texted with 9v.

There’s a ground wire at the T-case. It’s bolted onto the case, right?

are those the only wires you kept for ih1 and ih2? i have a 3x locked 93 that I'm at the wiring stage with. doing a dbw 5.3
