Installed an aftermarket headunit with amp intergration wire harness. Simple install, front speakers work, sub works but nothing from rear door speakers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS. Audio Fad ( Front/Rear) controls are set correctly.
Also I played around with the RCAs ( 2 sets) was able to get sound from the speakers so I know they work. But they were not correct as far as proper setup is concerned. I just switched the front to the rear.

Thanks

Its a Pioneer DEH 4400HD. Has two sets of RCA outputs but one of them is marked SW/R. So Im guessing that its an issue with the fact that it is either for one or the other. Sub or rear speakers. Maybe I could use a spliter, allthough it might sound bad..

Been busy, time to revisit this little pain in my ars.... So here is a pic of the back of my headunit. it has 2 sets of RCA jacks. 1 for front and the other for rear/sub. I am running this straight into the factory amp, and can not get the rear passenger speakers to work. Only the front and sub... Do I need a spliter? HOW CAN I RUN BOTH SUB AND REAR SPEAKERS FROM THE RCS JACKS???

Cant see the pic, what harness are you using? My Pioneer 3400 came from Crutchfield and the RCAs looped back from the harness to the head unit then out through the speaker wires to the amp, are you running wires from the HU directly to the stock amp?

Yea I realized the photo did not properly attach. It was simply a view of the back of the headunit, showing the 2 sets of RCA outputs. I currently have both sets of jacks going into the wire harness directly into the amp. I am not using any of the wires provide from the HU, just the RCAs.

Might want to try it the other way, mine took less than 5 minutes to hook up and all works well. That said, the other day I had to jump on the brakes and my HU turned off them back on, it did this twice in one day and not again since, I'm thinking I have a loose wire somewhere.

This is the harness that I used, https://www.crutchfield.com/p_120708113/Toyota-Receiver-Wiring-Harness.html?tp=2977, connected the color coded wires, plugged the RCAs into the back of the HU, connected the harness to the Toyota harness and plugged into the back of the Pioneer HU and was good to go.

I think this is the only way to make an aftermarket HU work with the stock amp otherwise you will need to hook up the speakers directly to the HU skipping the amp, you will lose your sub this way.

Really appreciate your help. I'm going to give that a shot this evening.
