Going crazy with some (what I thought were) OEM rocker switches. I have just received my second one that is crap. You have to wiggle the wires around to make contact. Just wondering if these parts are just crap now. It was from Amazon so who knows if it is real, but I see a few that are the same for $13 +/- on Ebay that are in OEM boxes. Wondering if they are any different or if anyone else is running into parts like this.

You are asking yourself? Because without picture or link no one can comment

Wrong: If it came with pigtail for 13$, most likely not OEM.

It doesn’t even NEED a pigtail!

Yes, this is the switch on amazon. Included is the photo:

Yeah looks like I will just order a third. Just wanted to see if this was a thing to watch out for. Or at least maybe it is now. I just expect more from OEM as long as it really is. Coming from China it is hard to know.

I bought one of those off Amazon. Seems to work just fine, but then again, I don't use those lights very often.

Might want to check. That's exactly what I thought. Knew I wasn't going to use them much but tried them out and they didn't come on. Might want to remove the rocker and wiggle the connections while on so you can see if it stays on. Luckily I caught this before the off chance I wanted them.

I do check it occasionally and it has always worked. But even if it fails, it sure isn't a big deal. It runs a lightbar. Don't do much night wheeling and even if I did and the switch didn't work, it would be super easy just to jumper it on.

Wish I had seen that a day earlier Toyota Matt. Send me a PM. Noticed you are limited.

Yeah, not a big deal to just jump the lines, but it is just one of those wtf moments that would piss me off.
